Fi911, the sister brand of Chargebacks911, has launched ‘ResolveLab’, a new white-label platform designed to help payment facilitators (payfacs) proactively prevent chargebacks and manage subscription disputes. The platform acts as a “smart-connection hub,” allowing payfacs to resell and activate Mastercard and Ethoca dispute-prevention tools through a single integration.
The launch introduces a simplified ‘Disputes-as-a-Service’ (DaaS) model, enabling payfacs to deliver enterprise-grade tools directly to merchants without the need for additional development work or lengthy deployment cycles.
A turnkey solution for dispute prevention
ResolveLab is built to provide payfacs with a fast, scalable way to offer value-added services to their merchant base. Through the platform, payfacs can provision access to a suite of tools including Ethoca Consumer Clarity, Ethoca Alerts, and Mastercard’s latest merchant-facing solution, ‘Smart Subscription’.
These tools are designed to enhance purchase transparency and give consumers greater control over their subscriptions, allowing them to manage, pause, or amend recurring payments in one place. This proactive approach aims to reduce subscriber churn and prevent avoidable disputes before they escalate into chargebacks.
“Payfacs need a fast, scalable way to deliver more value to every merchant they serve, especially in emerging markets where integration hurdles have slowed adoption of proactive dispute tools,” said Monica Eaton, CEO of Fi911. “ResolveLab changes that dynamic. With a single, smart connection, payfacs can connect their ecosystems to premium Ethoca and Mastercard services, protect merchants with digital, up-front chargeback prevention, and collect more revenue by eliminating avoidable disputes and subscriber churn.”
Eliminating integration barriers
A key selling point of ResolveLab is its ease of deployment. Fi911 claims the platform offers “plug-and-play” compatibility with any payment system, supported by hundreds of existing integrations through the Chargebacks911 platform. Onboarding is reportedly designed to take just minutes.
This streamlined approach removes the operational overhead typically associated with implementing advanced fraud and dispute management tools.
Gaurav Mittal, EVP, Ethoca by Mastercard, commented: “In today’s digital world, it’s vital that payfacs, and others delivering merchant services are able to deploy advanced alerting, purchase-transparency, and subscription-management solutions more readily, unhindered by complex onboarding and fragmented integrations. This partnership is another step forward in eliminating these barriers, empowering merchants with our leading dispute resolution and fraud-prevention tools whilst enabling the best possible experience for consumers.”
By reducing unnecessary chargebacks and improving transparency at the point of inquiry, ResolveLab aims to help payfacs and their merchants protect revenue and strengthen customer retention.
