Invespy has opened the Invespy Broker Hub on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, positioning the venue as the first independent physical space designed exclusively for the UAE’s real estate brokerage community. The hub is not affiliated with any developer or agency, a distinction the company says is central to its proposition.
What the hub offers
The facility is built around four stated pillars: deal-making, learning, content creation and operational support. Brokers can access exclusive project listings, attend developer-led briefings and sales training sessions, and use the space as a co-working base between client appointments. A podcast studio and content production service are also available for brokers building their own audiences. A commission-acceleration tool is included, though Invespy did not disclose how it operates or its commercial terms.
The hub’s opening event featured participation from the chief executives of Empowered Performance, Disruptive Real Estate and Springfield Properties.
Invespy also previewed its digital platform at the event. The platform is designed to connect developers directly with the brokers selling their projects, offering brokers access to off-plan inventory and a faster commission payment mechanism, with no membership fee required. Developers, in turn, gain structured access to a broker network rather than managing individual broker relationships ad hoc.
Imran Khan, founder and chief executive of Invespy, said the hub addresses a structural gap: “Developers have sales centres and brokerages have their own offices, but brokers have typically worked from cafes between appointments. The Invespy Broker Hub gives them somewhere to go on any day of the week and make practical use of it.”
Khan added that Dubai was chosen as the launch market because of its global standing in real estate, and that the company intends to prove the model before expanding it to other markets where brokers face similar operational gaps.
Market context and regulatory landscape
Dubai’s real estate sector has grown substantially as a destination for international capital, with off-plan sales in particular driving broker activity. The emirate’s broker community operates under the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), which requires individual broker registration and mandates continuing professional development. A neutral hub that bundles training and developer access alongside workspace sits naturally within that framework, and could benefit from brokers seeking to meet RERA’s education requirements in a convenient setting.
The proptech and real estate platform space in the Gulf has attracted growing attention, with several regional and international players competing to digitise the developer-to-broker and broker-to-buyer relationship. Invespy’s differentiation rests on combining a physical presence with a digital commission and inventory layer, a model that reduces friction for independent brokers who lack the infrastructure of a large agency but need regular access to developer pipelines. How durable that advantage proves will depend on the breadth of the developer network it can sign and the speed at which commission disbursements actually clear.
Invespy was founded by Imran Khan, who also founded Pixl, a Dubai-based real estate marketing agency.
