Zeidler Group has announced a new partnership with CACEIS through its digital marketplace, the CACEIS Connect Store.
The collaboration integrates Zeidler’s suite of LegalTech and RegTech solutions directly into the CACEIS ecosystem, providing asset managers with seamless access to essential compliance and regulatory tools.
Through this partnership, CACEIS clients can now use three of Zeidler Group’s most prominent digital services: the Global Knowledge Hub, the Marketing Material Review (MMR) Tool, and Zeidler Due Diligence (ZDD). These tools are designed to simplify complex legal processes and improve regulatory workflows for global fund distribution.
The Global Knowledge Hub offers in-depth legal insights and regulatory guidance for over 80 jurisdictions. Built and maintained by Zeidler’s team of legal experts, the platform supports fund managers and compliance teams dealing with regulations affecting UCITS and AIFs across multiple markets.

Zeidler Due Diligence (ZDD) is an end-to-end solution designed to digitise and centralise the due diligence process. The platform automates due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), facilitates secure documentation exchange, and offers full audit-readiness for both fund distributors and asset managers.
By accessing these tools through the CACEIS Connect Store, users benefit from features such as single sign-on (SSO), secure document workflows, and real-time collaboration with Zeidler’s legal experts.
