Adyen, the global fintech platform, is partnering up with Prommt, a pay-by-link solution provider, to deliver a simplified and more integrated payment experience for hotels.
Through a new collaboration with Prommt, Adyen plans to deliver a deeply integrated payment experience for hotels using Oracle OPERA (v5 and Cloud), streamlining operations, reducing fraud, and elevating the guest payment journey.
Prommt’s platform enables hotels to request and collect secure, efficient and premium branded remote payments. It supports features including scheduled sends, automated reminders (SMS/email), file attachments, reporting, and refund management. With a deep integration to Oracle OPERA, the platform automates payment workflows, updates the guest folio in real time and triggers email alerts on successful payments. Trusted by the world’s finest hotels, Prommt holds an all five-star rating on the Oracle Cloud Marketplace.
“We are proud to partner with Prommt to enhance the payment experience for our hospitality clients,” said Nicole Olbe, managing director UK at Adyen. “Prommt’s deep integration with Oracle OPERA and its innovative approach to remote payments, eliminates the need for manual transaction processing and ensures Opera is updated in real time, helping hotels improve efficiency, security, and guest satisfaction.”
The partnership has already made an impact in the hospitality market, marked by a successful win with Urban Hive, a hotel brand under Hively Hospitality, a group that owns and franchises hotels across multiple countries. The combined solution is helping Urban Hive transform its payment workflows and deliver a more secure and seamless guest experience.
Innovating payment experiences
“In today’s hospitality landscape, delivering a smooth and secure payment experience is essential to building guest trust and driving loyalty,” added Nicole Olbe, managing director UK at Adyen. “Partnering with Prommt brings together two complementary strengths, innovation in remote payments and deep expertise in unified commerce, to deliver real impact for hotels. Together, we’re empowering businesses to elevate the guest experience while driving operational efficiency.”
The partnership will see the companies trying to benefit not only the hospitality sector, but also industries like luxury retail, automotive, professional services, and builders’ merchants – where Prommt is streamlining B2B and remote payment flows.
Donal McGuinness, CEO at Prommt, also commented: “This partnership aligns perfectly with our commitment to innovating the payment experience for hospitality and other business sectors around the world, delivering a faster, safer and more branded payment journey that supports both operational excellence and revenue growth.”
