Deloitte Middle East has received pre-approval from the UAE Ministry of Finance for its proprietary tax technology solution, InTax, as an Accredited Service Provider (ASP) for the upcoming mandatory e-invoicing mandate in the UAE. This pre-approval marks a significant milestone in the UAEâs shift toward digital tax transformation.
The phased introduction of mandatory e-invoicing begins with pilot companies required to comply from July 1, 2026. This will be followed by companies with revenues above AED 50million from January 1, 2027.

InTax is Deloitteâs end-to-end compliance platform, specifically designed to help taxpayers efficiently and effectively meet their UAE e-invoicing obligations.
