Dyna.Ai, a global AI-as-a-service company, has unveiled plans to further invest and expand its presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Following the opening of its Riyadh office, the company showcased its Agentic AI Suite and a new ‘AI Employees’ product, both with Arabic functionality, at the Money 20/20 Middle East conference in Riyadh.
The expansion is aimed at accelerating the implementation of artificial intelligence solutions within the Kingdom’s financial services sector and beyond.
AI employees and agentic suite

A key part of the launch is the introduction of ‘AI Employees’, which are described as digital teammates designed to augment human capabilities and integrate into enterprise workflows.
Examples include an AI Credit Underwriter, an AI Knowledge Partner, and an AI Recruiter Advisor. Dyna.Ai reports that these AI Employees operate with sub-200 millisecond response times and have an accuracy rate of over 95 per cent, enabling organisations to provide instant, personalised customer service while freeing up human employees for higher-value tasks.
The company will also launch its Agentic AI Suite in the Middle East, an enterprise-grade AI platform purpose-built for the financial sector. The suite includes several components:
- Dyna Agent Studio: A platform for businesses to create, train, and deploy their own AI agents.
- Agent Store: A marketplace of pre-built AI agents for various customer service and employee workflows.
- TextGPT, VoiceGPT, and AvatarGPT: Tools that provide AI-powered chatbots, real-time voice AI, and lifelike digital humans for customer interaction.
With the inclusion of Arabic language capabilities, the platform is positioned to support banks, fintechs, and insurers in the region with personalised engagement and scalable automation.
Tomas Skoumal, chairman and co-founder of Dyna.Ai, commented: “We are incredibly excited to deepen our presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the leading hub for innovation in the Middle East. With a team on the ground, we are committing to a long-term partnership with local businesses and talent. Our goal is to provide sophisticated, localised AI solutions such as our Agentic Suite and AI Employees that empower the financial sector and drive meaningful, tangible results.”
Alignment with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030
Dyna.Ai’s expansion underscores its commitment to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and its National Strategy for Data and AI. The move comes as AI is anticipated to contribute significantly to the region’s economy, with a projected impact of $135.2billion on KSA’s GDP by 2030.
The company plans to continue hiring in KSA to meet demand for its AI solutions and will deepen its presence across the GCC and Africa with investments in partnerships and local talent.
