Data analytics and intelligence company GoodData has unveiled a next-generation AI platform, a full-stack data intelligence solution that combines its new AI Lake, AI Hub, and AI Apps into a single foundation for enterprise use. The platform is designed to help enterprises transform raw data into embeddable, enterprise-ready AI agents.
It positions the company as a full-stack data intelligence platform with governance, scalability and performance built-in from the ground up.
A unified foundation for enterprise AI
The new AI-driven platform is structured around three core components. The AI Lake is a high-performance, open storage and compute layer that transforms data into a governed, self-learning semantic layer, which the company says ensures AI agents are grounded in accurate, context-aware knowledge.
The AI Hub is a suite of orchestration and governance tools that allow enterprises to design, monitor, and enforce safe workflows. Finally, AI Apps are secure, customer-facing AI agents, assistants, and copilots that can be embedded directly into analytics, products, and business processes.
âEnterprises have long struggled with the gap between their data and their ability to turn it into trusted, actionable intelligence,â said Roman Stanek, CEO of GoodData. âWith this platform shift, we are closing that gap. This launch positions GoodData as the first truly full-stack data intelligence platform â one where governance, scalability, and performance are built in from the ground up.â
Composable architecture and developer-focused tools
A key aspect of the new platform is its composable and developer-focused architecture. The company highlighted that its approach is transparent and modular, which avoids vendor lock-in and allows for adaptability as a companyâs technology stack evolves. Enterprises can bring their own large language models (LLMs), integrate with existing systems, and extend functionality with third-party integrations.
âMost AI tools today are siloed or operate as black boxes,â said Peter Fedorocko, field chief technology officer of GoodData. âOur approach is different. GoodDataâs architecture is transparent, composable, and embeddable. Enterprises can bring their own LLMs, integrate with existing systems, and still maintain full control. Thatâs what makes this launch transformative. Itâs AI that enterprises can trust and scale.â
The technology stack includes a model context protocol (MCP) Server, which exposes all platform features to AI agents for high-volume, real-time workflows. It also provides open, declarative SDKs in languages like Python and React, and robust APIs to enable customisation and embedding of AI agents.
The launch marks an expansion for GoodData beyond its traditional focus on business intelligence and analytics into the broader data intelligence market, which the company notes is increasingly demanding AI-native solutions.
