Juspay integrates Mastercard Click to Pay in Brazil

Juspay has announced the integration of Mastercard’s Click to Pay service in Brazil, making it one of the first technology providers in Latin America to enable the feature.

The partnership allows around 129 million Mastercard users in Brazil to make one-click online payments securely. The launch comes as Brazil’s digital payments sector continues to surge, fuelled by a 7% increase in e-commerce transactions in the first half of 2025 alone.

Juspay, a global leader in payment infrastructure solutions for enterprises and banks, said the collaboration aligns with its mission to simplify digital payments and help merchants drive higher conversions. With cart abandonment rates exceeding 80% in Brazil’s e-commerce market, it said, Click to Pay offers a promising solution to streamline checkout processes and improve completion rates.

The technology enables users to link their cards to a Mastercard account once and then make future purchases without re-entering card details or passwords. Backed by biometric authentication and issuer-verified credentials, Click to Pay enhances both convenience and security for online shoppers.

Juspay is also among the first providers in Brazil to offer Click to Pay with Passkeys for Mastercard. Its plug-and-play integration is designed to make adoption easier for merchants, reducing technical complexity and time to deployment. Through this integration, merchants gain access to tokenised card credentials, biometric authentication to reduce fraud risk, and higher conversion rates thanks to reduced friction during checkout.
