KPMG UK Launches Major AI Upskilling Drive with Multiverse to Transform Client Services

Professional services firm KPMG UK is partnering with upskilling platform Multiverse to launch a major AI training programme, targeting 134 employees ranging from early-career staff up to partners in the Advisory business. The initiative aims to rapidly build widespread digital literacy and integrate AI expertise across the firm, driving improved client service delivery and the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence tools.

The training will enrol participants in Multiverse’s Level 4 AI for Business Value programme, which culminates in a formal qualification. The curriculum focuses on teaching learners how to use AI strategically, identify new revenue streams, and craft responsible implementation roadmaps for clients navigating their own AI transformation journeys.
