Noah and Fin.com launch virtual accounts for instant global access

Noah, a financial infrastructure provider enabling compliant money movement across fiat and stablecoins, and Fin.com, a consumer app designed to help people move and manage money globally, have partnered to roll out virtual accounts to hundreds of thousands of users worldwide.

The newly launched virtual accounts allow Fin.com users to receive EUR and USD bank transfers through local virtual account details issued and regulated by Noah. When funds arrive, they are automatically converted into stablecoins within the Fin.com iOS and Android apps. Users can then hold, spend or send their stablecoin balances, or off-ramp into local fiat currencies via Fin.com’s proprietary rails in countries including India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, the Philippines, Nepal and Singapore.

Beyond account issuance, Noah manages onboarding, KYC, AML checks and transaction monitoring for users who activate the feature. The initial rollout will be available to 200,000 users, with further expansion planned in the coming months. Based on early demand, the infrastructure is expected to support more than $250m in monthly transaction volume.

The integration unlocks several use cases for Fin.com users, including remittances, receiving salaries from overseas employers, family support and international payments. It is particularly relevant in South Asian markets where local currencies depreciate against the USD or EUR and where stablecoins are increasingly used for savings and cross-border transfers.

As Shah Ramezani, CEO & Founder of Noah said, “Fin.com is building a global wallet for everyday people. By powering their EUR and USD account infrastructure behind the scenes, we remove the friction of international money movement while Fin.com stays focused on product and user experience

As Hussain Elius, co-founder of Fin.com said, “Adding Noah’s regulated virtual accounts means our users can receive money from abroad as easily as a local transfer. The conversion into stablecoins happens instantly, so users keep full control of their funds without needing a bank account in Europe or the US.”
