Trupanion, a medical insurance provider for cats and dogs in North America, has partnered with Shelters United, a national organisation supporting animal welfare groups, to help ensure adopted pets remain in their forever homes.
Trupanion specialises in comprehensive pet medical insurance, protecting pet owners from the high costs associated with accidents and illnesses.
Through the collaboration, eligible Shelters United members can access Trupanion’s Shelter & Rescue Support Program. As part of the initiative, qualifying puppies and kittens in applicable states receive an Adoption Day Offer that includes 30 days of full insurance coverage at no up-front cost. Coverage begins immediately, giving adopters peace of mind from day one.
