Binance Bahrain, a regulated crypto-asset platform in the Kingdom, has successfully renewal of its ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27701 certifications. A rigorous compliance audit
The certification process was conducted by A-LIGN, a technology-enabled security and compliance partner serving more than 4,000 organizations globally. As a certification body accredited by both the ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) and the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS), A-LIGN provided a comprehensive audit to ensure Binance Bahrain’s management systems effectively control and protect user data.
The ISO/IEC 27001 is a globally recognized standard for information security management systems (ISMS), while ISO/IEC 27701 specifically extends those requirements to cover privacy information management (PIMS). Together, they form a robust framework for managing sensitive information in the digital age.

The renewal comes as the crypto ecosystem continues to mature, placing a greater emphasis on regulatory compliance and transparency. According to Abdulla Abusaif, CISO of Binance Bahrain, the certifications reflect an unwavering commitment to safeguarding user data.
