Unlimit, the global fintech, is joining forces with Mexico-based online electronics retailer Doto to enhance the merchant’s payment processing capabilities.
Through the new partnership, Unlimit is aiming to support Doto by improving transaction acceptance rates, reducing bank rejections, and increasing high-risk transaction recovery rates.
In just its first month of operations partnering with Unlimit, Doto has already enjoyed a 2.5 per cent increase in approvals. The merchant says that the ongoing positive customer outcomes driven by Unlimit’s payment services will enable Doto to rapidly increase its market share in existing verticals and support its expansion into new channels.

Unlimit’s payment tools, market expertise, and strong relationships with partner banks, have enabled them to significantly reduce unauthorized payments and bank rejections, key pain points in Doto’s payment journey. It says it achieved this improved performance, which can take years to optimise with other providers, within weeks of onboarding.

Unlimit is Doto’s primary acquirer, collecting PayIns and providing card payment solutions supported by Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX. The partnership focuses on enhancing Doto’s transaction processing capabilities in Mexico, by driving improved efficiency and reliability for their payment system.
